Jk1128 is a universal access junction box that allows the continuity and segregation of medium capacity optical cables used in the deployment of optical power networks and transport.The design of the box allows the mechanical continuity of the cable pulling elements and protects the fibers, the junctions and optical devices facilitating the organization of splices and fiber surplus storage. The box is airtight and resistant to weather conditions by which can be installed both outdoors and indoors buildings in chambers of record, boxes, walls, posts or cable galleries

Features
It has 4 independent cable accesses at one end. Each of them allows individualized entry into the less two medium capacity multifiber cables (double inputs) and up to 6 small capacity optical cables (7mm.).
· The closing cover is completely assembled and removed without the need for special tools thanks to the clip-type seal.
· The sealing of access cables to the box is done by rubber gaskets with pre-cut entries.
· Diameter inputs / outputs cables from 7 to 22 mm. Maximum 256 fusions of F.O (double layer).
· Wide and easily accessible rectangular splice trays with extendable tabs for better fiber storage up to 32 F.O. (double layer). Both the support block and the individual trays allow 90º turn and its interlocking in fixed positions to facilitate installation.
· The boxes can be opened, closed and manipulated without interrupting the circuits in operation. It allows joining and segregating cables without having to cut all the fibers as well as the proper storage of the tubes and / or leftover fibers of the cables.
· Axial tension Cable load> D / 45 mm x 1000 N. D: cable diameter. 1 hour per cable. Cable offset <3 mm

Packing, transportation and storage
1)This equipment packaging is moisture-proof and earthquake-proof. The accessories are packed first plastic bags, then into the boxes with plastic bags for sealing. There are moisture-proof and earthquake direction signs outside the boxes.
2)It can't be inverted in the transport and be free from rolling when carrying. Please load carefully and
prevent the collision. You should prevent it from heavy rain before installation. The temperature in the transport should be controlled between-35ºC to +55ºC.
3)The excessive accumulation of goods should be stored on the cartons. The treasury should away from the erosion of corrosive gas equipment and the temperature should be below 45ºC and higher than -5ºC, and relative temperature should not be high in long-term(generally less than 75%).
